Birthday Aniqah

Today we celebrate the birthday of Aniqah Van Haeren. She was born on the 18th of April 2000. Happy birthday Aniqah, and many happy returns.

Picnic At Taman Tun Jogging Park

There was a gathering of over 30 at the picnic at Taman Tun jogging park. A lot went for the usual jog around the park and a number did Chikung following our sifu master Aunty Ramlah. One or two tried the public poco-poco dancercise in front of the waterfall. There was a lot of food after that. Nasi lemak, fried mihun, char koay tiau, and all sorts to re-fill the lost calories. And there was also a number of rounds of games following the makan. Thanks to Ayub we have here some photos:
